Photoshop Tennis

Chris Knoll says:
It's a great way to increase your skills get ideas from other designers, and have fun!

Also called Photoshop Tag, or a Design Duel. It's a collaboration (not a competition) where two or more designers take a composition in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, do a little work on it, then send it back and forth a few times until everyone decides it's finished. See: Wikipedia.org. It's fun -- there's no wrong way to do it. The first time you do it, it's hard to get your head into the idea, but after that first one, you jam. Or maybe you jam right out of the gate! Either way it's fun.

Player comment: "This is fun, because it lets me implement things from the millions of tutorials I've seen, but just never had the live projects to do for actual clients. Here, there are no clients, and there is no "wrong" design."

You must be a member of the Design Cafe to play; because that's where we discuss the various Photoshop or Photoshop Elements techniques employed in each round.

All Design Cafe subscribers are welcome

Game #5 is a Pick-up Game: When a game is labeled "Pick-UP" that means anyone can jump in and have a go at it -- you don't have to be a 'registered' player... "pick it up and run with it!"
